The Secret Place

Psalm 91:1He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

 

***************************The secret place is just that – a secret place where only you and Jesus meet and commune. It’s a place of intimate fellowship with Jesus Christ. The perfect and flawless Bridegroom desires unrivaled intimacy with His bride. He yearns for communion with the one He calls beloved.

Revelation 3:20 is one of my favorite scriptures as I’ve lived this one out. I once heard a knock on my door, when I opened it no one was there. This scripture flashed before my eyes and I knew my One and Only was seeking intimacy with me. I sat with Him and His Presence invaded my home and my being leaving me wrapped in perfect union with Him.

 

I also want to point out – guard the secret place. What happens between husband and wife is private, cherished and protected – how much more should communion with the Beloved be protected and cherished? Don’t allow distractions to  keep away from the one place you should spend quality time in.

 

My prayer for is that you will jealously pursue Him and protect what He yearns for with you -fellowship. Love & Blessings above and beyond.
